Challenges come daily and decisions are made by whomever is "in charge". It has been me "in charge" of things where I reside for a very long time. In charge of hustling, hoping, helping and handling whatever is necessary to make ends meet. I didn’t get voted into the position and for certain I didn’t volunteer for all that goes with it. Time passed and certain people/elders who had always been the ones to give guidance and advice and make decisions were called from labor to reward.
