Self-Talk

Contrary to what some believe, self-talk is normal and completely healthy.  It’s that inner voice and even if you are not aware that you’re doing it, you almost certainly are.  My inner voice starts from the time I wake up until I go to bed, and it is the way I navigate my day.  When I wake and open my eyes each morning, right after I say, “Good morning Jesus”, the conversation with self begins.
